Thanks for letting me back in your ear again for another week. Um, okay. So the new Beyonce song came out yesterday. Can we talk about this for a minute? Obviously, I'm gonna talk about it because you know, Beyonce is like my top two, my people, and I listened to her new song this morning and I was like, hello. Okay. Super spiritual. Um, a dear friend of mine slash mentor sent me, um, some, a really cool graphic about some of her lyrics and side note. This is like not necessarily part of the episode, but just a side note. I've really loved watching how she's evolved over the years and how her music has evolved and how with each album, she it's really clear that she's going deeper and deeper on her, her own spiritual journey, the things that she sings about the way that she talks about things has changed.

And it's just really cool. It's really cool to see. It's really cool to get to witness. Um, she's come a long way from her Destiny's child days and it's inspiring. It's cool. And it's inspiring in so many ways, right. And say what you want about Beyonce, but like, we can't deny the fact that she has evolved so much. So anyhow, if you haven't listened to the new song yet, uh, what is it called? Goodness. I don't even know the name of the song break my soul. Right. Obviously. So the part that I want to read to you, if you haven't listened yet, it's called the pre-course. And so what she says is I'm looking for a new foundation and I'm on that new vibration. I'm building my own foundation. And I was like, oh my gosh, I've been talking about building a foundation and you know, she's on a new vibration.

It's just, it was so aligned with what I've been thinking about, what I've been going through, what I've been talking about. And it's really exciting to see somebody with such a big platform, bringing this type of language to a lot more people. And it's been really interesting to observe more and more people start to use different language and to use different words, myself included, you know, but to see it really picking up is like, oh, it's happening, it's happening. And so it, I get really geeked out about this. Um, but now let's bring that into a business conversation. So if you remember last month, yeah. In may, in may, I taught a class on energetic business foundation and it was a three part class. And it really was about like getting to the root of the, why your why underneath the platform of your business.

So your energetic foundation, and I'm not gonna go into like great detail about what that was. There's podcast episodes. There's yeah. There's all this stuff out there on it. The point of this piece, why I'm mentioning it is because that's the energetic piece that underneath your platform, but when you are going into business for yourself, part of what you're going to be doing, I expect is building a foundation for your business, a platform, right? So I think that gone are the days I feel that gone are the days when, the only way our business runs is if we are physically present and if we're not there, nothing is happening and no money is coming in. That is not, that's not gonna work anymore. Part of it will be that, but there's so many other ways to allow money, to flow into a business and to strengthen the platform so that it supports you while you're outliving life, that we're not doing it that way anymore.

This is a new vibration. You're building your own foundation, a new foundation. Hello. The entire freaking workforce has like tapped out because they're, they're done. They're like I'm done with this for so many reasons that we don't have to get into today. But I think we all know anytime you've gone to any restaurant, any bank, if you've flown, flown on an airplane, like everywhere you go is understaffed for a reason, but we're done with that. We do get to build our own. I'm not gonna tell you to go quit your job. That's not what this is about. This is about building your platform that supports you while you're living your life.

And I wanna share with you about my own journey and how I started building a platform. It's just the way that I built. This is how I built my business. Right? So going back to like 20 18, 20 18 was very much a year for me to do the energetic business foundation. I didn't have the words for it at that time, but that's what I was doing. I was getting so clear on why this is important. And I spent a lot of time in that space of like, why am I doing this? What is this for to what end, why am I the person to do this? Right? And so I taught about that last month, but then in 2019, I started really getting serious about building my platform.

My life got really busy. I, I had a brand new baby, my third one just, there was a lot of life things happening. And when I built the platform, the way that I did, I started building digital courses. First I built birth, you know, I, I did birth courses. Then I built digital courses, teaching doulas, how to make digital courses all while I had freebees and I created, um, a pregnancy planner. I was in hardcore creation mode, checklists, planners, downloads meditations. I built a resource library for pregnant people. I grew my email list rapidly, mostly without ads, mostly organic. I used ads a little bit here and there, but honestly, in the grand scheme of things, I did not love the experience. So most of my stuff was built without ads. And therefore that's how I teach. I don't teach. Here's how to do ads. I, I don't do that. So I was growing an audience, audience expansion heavy in 2019, and in 2020.

And I was selling, I learned how to sell online. Cuz now I had things. I had digital products. I had people that were hanging out, listening to me, but I had to learn how to offer these things to them, how to talk to them online, not how to sell people, things necessarily, but like how to just have a conversation online with people outside of like here, buy my thing here, buy my thing here. I've got this cool thing for sale. You should buy it. You should buy it. You should buy it. Eh, that's my, not my thing. I wanted to have a conversation with somebody online that felt natural and that felt easy and that felt fun. And then I learned how to do it and started teaching people how to do it. So the way that I bundled up, if you've noticed the online business bundle, that's a collection of exactly how me teaching you, how I built my platform.

And for those of you who have already taken some of those courses, you know that some of those videos are from 2019 course creation. Those are 2019 audience expansion, 2020 selling 2020. And I've gone back and forth sometimes about, should I rerecord 'em should I update them? Should I make new videos? And I, I decide a time and time again, not to do that. And here's why those videos are time capsules of energy, the energy that I was in at the time that I recorded them, I thought the same thing about my 2019 birth classes that I recorded. I'm like, oh, maybe something I, maybe I should redo these they're old. And I look at some of 'em and it's like, Ugh. You know, I was in a different place, but I cannot recreate the energy. I was in fresh off of a birth high after giving birth on my bedroom floor.

I was high for months, maybe a year. I don't even remember. I was so high every time I talked about it and I still get like that when I talk about it, but I can't recreate what it was then. And that energy is in my birth class videos. And it's available for people who are planning their birth and families that are preparing their for birth. I can't recreate that. That is available for them when they watch those modules, it's a time capsule of the energy of the birth high energy I was in. And then my videos, my courses, the videos inside of the courses that are in the bundle.

Those have the energy of building a platform to support you a business platform that supports you. They have the energy of earning passive income of meeting people online and building offers to help them and making money. The energy of growing in mostly organic audience, connecting with people and building community online and of reaching financial milestones. So in 2019, I was heavy into building these digital courses and such in 2020, I hit my first six figure year. I built a hu for my standards. It was a big audience. Now in the world of online business stuff, I didn't have like hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people on my email list. No I did not. And in fact, sometime last year I cut off like a huge portion of my email list.

But at the time in 2020, that energy that I was in of building the audience, reaching my first six-figure year of all online, all online income, all working from home, I think I made like probably 1% of that income from in person stuff. I really just don't do in person. And so when people watch one of my clients and Pete members in the membership and anybody who has purchased those courses separately over the last few years, watches those replays. That's the energy that's available for them or for you. When, when you choose to get into the bundle, that's the energy that's available for you to vibrate with.

That's the new vibration, that's the vibration. That's the next step. When you're building your foundation is to tap into the energy of somebody who's already done that. And so to give you a couple of examples, to help anchor it in cuz you know how I am about this one example is sometimes when I buy digital courses from people, I really, I was talking to a friend and a peer about this, no mentor, mentor, peer, friends, whatever. I was talking to, some people that I trust and I'm like, you know, here's the thing I'm gonna buy this course from this person. Not because I'm looking for amazing workbooks and slideshow and this and this and this and that. I really don't care. She records most of the course on FaceTime or zoom, just her face talking, I'm buying it cuz of the energy I wanna vibrate with that.

I wanna match with her energy for that specific thing that she's doing. There's not one person that I've put all of my eggs in their basket and I expect to get everything I need to build my life and business and all the things from them. No I'm learning from different people. I go to this person for this thing, this person, for that thing, they all have different energies that they're to the world. So when I buy this particular course from this person it's to tap into that energy. And so the other example I wanted to share with you is it's a little bit random, but have you heard me tell the story about like oranges in the bowl, on the kitchen counter? So might not be the best example, but bear with me here. You know how if there's like one rotten orange and I don't really get how this happens, but you can buy a whole bag of oranges from Costco and all of them out of 10, nine of them look incredible. There's that one orange that gets like Roddy and Boldy and nasty, real fast. And it starts messing up all the rest of the oranges in the bowl and they all start to pick up the rock. I'm like what the, what just happened. The opposite is true too.

When you start to be closer to the shiny bright orange, you're shiny and brighter shinier brighter. So I know it's a little bit of an out there example, but I'm just trying to give you some stuff to give you the context of what I'm talking about here. Like steer clear away from the Roddy. Oranges get closer to the shiny oranges. And I'm not saying like flashy, fancy, shiny necessarily. That's just the example. I mean get closer to the orange. That's doing the thing that you wanna do. That's what you wanna be matching. That's what you wanna be reflecting. That's what you wanna be vibing with. And so if one of your goals and your plans is to build a business platform that supports you and supports your life and you appreciate the way that I build and the way that I talk about business and the way that I approach business, then the online business bundle is worth its weight and gold.
